Liability Disclaimer for Golf Cart

Andersen Farms, Inc. and Old Dane, Inc (dba Landmand Golf Club) shall not be responsible for any personal injury, or for loss or damage to personal property of any operator or passenger.  Each operator or passenger shall indemnify and hold harmless Andersen Farms, Inc. and Old Dane, Inc. (dba Landmand Golf Club), its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents from and against all claims, demands, causes of action and expenses of every kind, including attorney fees, arising out of, or related in any manner to the actions or omissions of an operator or passenger.

*Operator understands that they are individually liable for any actions or omissions which occur during the operation of the golf court.  Operators further understands and signifies that Operator is at least 16 years of age and possesses a valid driver’s license.
